This is a sectional galvanized steel radio tower made by Spaulding. The sections are 10 feet long and there are six of them. With the Antenna on top this reaches about 70 feet. We have it mounted in a cement base that is about four feet deep and four feet wide. The tower can be unbolted from the base.
This is a self supporting tower and has four tapered sections and a top and bottom section.
We had one of our tree climbers some years ago install the tower, and he did it in a couple of hours. If you buy it you get it as is and will have to remove it. The antenna comes with the tower. As a friend pointed out to me non stainless bolts were used to hold the tower together but my installer only used one per joint whereas there are four holes. I mention that because that will make it easier to take down.
As you will note from the photographs, there are no guy wires to support the tower. It is well made.
